Pretty vintage 1930s Effanbee 13" Patsy composition doll. Dressed all original in her retail box.
 
Sweet little Patsy has her original body with no restorations; her head has been repainted. Her body has no crazing and a little paint loss to one hand. She is the Pat. Pending doll with the headband as part of the mold of her hair. She also has her original red ribbon headband (the elastic was poor and I have replaced it).
 
Patsy wears her original cotton gingham dress with attached panties (matches the picture on her box), and red trimmed eyelet lace. It closes at the back with red silk ribbon ties. The attached panties came with a waxy residue at the bottom back hem seam... thinking it was someone's creative idea to mend it at one point? Dunno, but it doesn't remove, and she doesn't mind :-) Her white oilcloth shoes, and original socks; each shoe has a small separation at the top of the toe box.
 
Good News! She comes with her original EFFANBEE GOLDEN PAPER HANG TAG.
