I'm Kate, founder of Dollyology Vintage Dolls, and I'm delighted you've stopped by.

For more than twenty-five years, I've had the privilege of helping collectors around the world discover exceptional vintage dolls, clothing, accessories, and childhood treasures that deserve to be preserved and enjoyed for generations to come.

What began as a love of dolls gradually became a lifelong passion for researching their history, documenting their makers, and sharing that knowledge with fellow collectors. Along the way I've been fortunate to build a reputation for honesty, careful descriptions, and personal service—qualities that matter when purchasing one-of-a-kind collectibles.

Every doll you see here has been personally selected by me. Many have come from long-established collections and estates, while others have been treasured pieces from my own collection. Each is carefully examined, gently cleaned when appropriate, photographed in detail, and researched as thoroughly as possible before being offered for sale.

Authenticity is important to me.

If an outfit is original, I'll tell you.

If a doll has been restored, I'll tell you.

If I don't know the answer to a question, I'll tell you that, too.

I believe confidence is built through honesty, and I'd rather understate a doll than oversell one.

Shipping

United States

Shipping within the United States is included in the purchase price of most items unless otherwise noted.

Orders generally ship within seven business days after payment has cleared. Every order is professionally packed with great care, fully insured, and shipped using the carrier best suited for the item. Most larger items travel by USPS Priority Mail, while smaller packages may ship via USPS Ground Advantage or another appropriate service.

I want your doll to arrive exactly as she left my hands.

International Orders

I happily welcome collectors from around the world.

International buyers are responsible for shipping charges, customs duties, VAT, taxes, brokerage fees, and any other import charges required by their country.

Customs declarations will always reflect the actual purchase price and an accurate description of the item. Unfortunately, I cannot alter customs values or descriptions.

Returns

Your satisfaction is genuinely important to me.

Because every antique doll is unique, I encourage you to read the description carefully and ask any questions before purchasing. I'm always happy to provide additional photographs or information whenever possible.

If your purchase is not what you expected, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery. Most concerns can be resolved quickly through friendly communication.

If a return is approved, the item must be shipped within three days of authorization in the same condition in which it was received. The buyer is responsible for return shipping, insurance, and secure packaging.

Once the item has been safely returned and inspected, a refund of the purchase price will be issued, less:

• Original shipping expense (included in the purchase price)

• Payment processing fees that are not refunded to the seller

• A 20% restocking fee

Because many dolls offered here are irreplaceable antiques, items returned in altered or damaged condition may not qualify for a full refund.

If your order arrives damaged during shipment, please contact me immediately. I will gladly assist you with the carrier's insurance claim process.

European Union Customers

Customers residing in the European Union may have additional consumer rights under applicable EU law, including statutory cancellation rights for certain purchases. Where required, Dollyology provides the online cancellation process required by applicable regulations.
