Original dress set came with one of the 1961 Kellogg's baby dolls that were available by mail order with their cereal box premiumsl. Will also fit your smaller American Character Tiny Tears, Dy-Dee Ellen, Dy-Dee Ette, Betsy Wetsy and Kathy Cry Dolls.
 
Dress is factory made and closes at the back with a hand sewn snap. Everything in Excellent crisp condition. A small bit of the pinafore's red ribbon has lightly transferred to the white organdy, but is barely noticeable when dressed on the baby doll.
