Vintage RARE 1930's Effanbee Patsy BABYKIN TWINS -- Early Painted Eye -- RARE Red-Blond Molded Hair

NEAR MINT~

This is an early 1930s TWIN PAIR of all composition Patsy Babykin Dolls by Effanbee -- the EARLIEST of all composition Patsy babies with original mold face, and the infant drawn-up legs that is so hard to find, with PAINTED SIDE-GLANCING EYES ...

Note that one of the Twins is BROWN-EYED and the other is BLUE-EYED... two boys ?? Two Girls ?? One of Each ??

NO REPAINTS, REPAIRS OR RESTORATIONS OF ANY KIND~

These precious little ones are petite at about 10" from head to toe and they are in near MINT condition; they come dressed in their ORIGINAL Effanbee rayon vests (undershirts), and flannel diapers. They are tucked in and snuggled on their own soft baby pillow trimmed in eyelet inside their original 'eiderdown' blanket -- all wrapped up with a generous pink silk ribbon tied into a fancy bow. I have added same vintage Effanbee PAJAMAS that commonly came with this issue doll, along with a pair of original Effanbee night shirts... I thought it a shame not to give these little babies something warm to travel home.

Patsy Babykin dolls come appropriately marked on both the nape of their necks and back. Sweet little dolls, they have been cleaned and have little to NO crazing on body and face; very very light and not noticeable at all when 'in hand'... my super great camera exaggerates any perceived flaws. NO paint wear to their joints and their little reddish blond heads have only the most minimal rubs -- My close ups of them are a good representation of their condition... simply Darling!

YOU WON'T find a nicer ALL ORIGINAL SET of early reddish blond Patsy BabyKINs anywhere....

Their facial features are all there. Sweet blush still shines at the knees, tops of hands, chest, belly button, and cheeks -- nice, pink flesh tone lend these little sweetie pies all the desirable characteristics of a highly collectible doll... truly a fabulous find for the Patsy doll family collector.

You can view a photos of a Patsy BabyKIN in the Patsy Doll Family Encyclopedia Vol. II, by Patricia N. Schoonmaker. Patsy Babies are marked EFFANBEE PATSY on the nape of the neck and EFFANBEE / PATSY BABY on the back.

Their EXCEPTIONAL coloring, Effanbee clothing, and baby charms make this set a neat little acquisition to your dolly nursery -- I hope you enjoy these superb little babies as much as I have.
