Blue with white bunny rabbits reverses to white with blue bunnies. Scalloped edges and blanket stitch finish give it style. Measures a generous 30 x 40"... enough to wrap your large Dy-Dee baby in cozy luxury!
 
I did not chose to unwrap the blanket as it has never been out of its box or unfolded, but it looks to be pristine with no wear at all... remarkable for a blanket from the 1930s!
 
This very rare retail box has the earliest Esmond graphics from the early 1930s. EXTREMELY rare.
 
Box measures: 13" x 8" x 2.5"
 
The graphics are brown, black and deep red with the oldest bunny graphics. Box is in GREAT CONDITION. Sturdy and unfaded with some wear as shown in photos.
 
"Soft as Rabbit Skin" pure cotton 'fleece' -- the quality oftentimes referred to as 'eiderdown', especially when referring to the Effanbee Dy-Dee dolls.
 
The end flap on the box calls out as the correct blanket for its contents. The rich baby blue blanket is reversible as one might expect :-) 
 
What an opportunity to add this marvelous box and blanket to your dolly display. I have never seen an earlier or better example of an early Esmond retail box.
