This SUPER SIZED GRUMPY is rare enough... only found 2 other examples of her in over 25 years of collecting. The larger dolls had fabric stuffed legs, so again... rare to have full composition limbs.
 
Grumpykins wears her white cotton organdy gown blue silky underdress/slip, cotton bloomers, undershirt, booties, and a lovely blue woven wool jacket and matching hat. Grumpy's composition is in excellent condition with only light intermittent surface paint loss... barely noticeable. She has NO CRAZING at all.
 
Ms. Grumpy has an amazing face with just a bit of blush remaining for a healthful glow. Some of the facial features show rubs, and I do think her lips show some restorative indication. Surely her molded blonde curls have many rubs, and paint wear to the backside... all part of her charm in my view, and graces us with her age. She is fully marked on her chest plate at the back. Her arm articulate on their discs and you can see her left arm is torn and repaired; but it is working fine.
