My favorite Baby Dear dolls are the 12" musical -- so unique and adorable having been made only for a short time.
I have been saving this little Punkin' from my music box collection of Vogue Baby Dear dolls. She has been sitting patiently waiting for her new home.

Sweet little baby is in excellent clean condition. Her vinyl limbs are an even pinkish tone and color -- beautiful signature chubby limbs. Her plump cloth body has its original stuffing and music box. She is soft and plump; super clean pinkish cloth body. She is nice and firm and her music box functions properly. She has the Vogue Dolls Inc cloth tag on the nape of her neck.
All Baby Dear dolls are adorable and need love... but this little one does have a 'special gift' ... she is the super rare and very special MUSICAL VERSION of the Baby Dear. That means she has a little music box inside that allows melodic tones to play a tune when wound, AND for her head to 'move'. The music box works GREAT!
She has a beautiful GLOWING and vibrant face with all painted features intact. She has NO added blush or restoration.
Her hair is a gorgeous shade of very light blonde -- this was the hardest part to capture in photographing her today, as it depends on the lighting as to the shade, but "in hand" it is a beautiful and vibrant shiny blonde -- not the dark reddish that appears in a couple of the photos. It is EXTRA full and brushes nicely with all plugs intact. I have included many photos of her in different lighting to give you a clearer idea of her features. Back of her neck has the Vogue tag, of course.
Baby Dear comes in her ORIGINAL Classic Vogue white cotton lawn dress with the signature embroidered pastel flower appliques. Underneath is its matching slip. Both dress and slip have the Vogue signature Star Dot tiny snaps -- all intact and functioning perfectly. Underneath is a her original soft white flannel diaper and her VERY RARE Original white ribbon-tie booties.
Her EXTRA ORIGINAL Vogue Baby Dear outfit is a soft flannel top and bottom pajama set. Closes at the back with two intact star dot snaps, and TAGGED on the inside with the Vogue cloth tag, "Vogue Dolls Inc -- Made in USA"
I added an adorable and whimsical flannel print 'blankie' for Baby Dear to snuggle, along with her little puppy dog for companionship on the trip home to you. THE most ADORABLE layette set!
