Fabulous EXTREMELY RARE find -- Mint, never been used or removed from retail box until now for photos.
 
Bright, beautiful red roses sprinkled on a snow white background of fine 100% cotton birdseye weave fabric... known as the best for softness and to keep baby dry.
 
I have reaized and used similar unpackaged diapers for my Effanbee Dy-Dee dolls for a 'fun flair' under their party dresses.
