Darling ORIGINAL polka dot pajama set -- top, pants and pocket bib
 
This adorable set was sold with the newly designed 11" Tiny Tears baby doll with the updated mold, vinyl body, and rock-a-bye eyes. Sold in the 11" size only in 1957.
 
This set is in minty condition and includes the 'ever elusive' bib that has a little polka dot pocket.
 
Made of crisp polished cotton with vivid pink polka dots and pink trim.
