Beautiful Mint in Box -- never used -- 1940s Sachet Set of 2 Hangers
 
These unusual and pristine hangers were purchased in New York City in the 1940s... and then carefully tucked away and never used apparently.
 
Two blue satin padded hangers embellished with silk ribbons and nicely wrapped in tissue. Each hanger's bow ribbon has painted flowers and the word 'BABY" on it.
 
The hangers themselves are awesome... but the BOX!! Well, is what I call ICING on the CAKE... look at those darling little babies depicted on the box. The graphics presented back then were carefully added to make buying such a pleasant experience, don't you think?
 
You will unlikely never find a set like this. Display them in your dolly or baby's nursery to add a charming and pleasing bit on old-time nostalgia.
