I have a variety of these factory made romper sets available today. Many have attributed them to both Effanbee Dy-Dee dolls and Ideal Plassie babies. I have collected these for years and they look so sweet on any doll that is lucky enough to wear one.
 
This one is made of a pretty flowers and bows on a soft white background -- sweet cotton print. It features a smocked bodice, and an organdy sash that ties with a big bow at the back. The matching bonnet has a nice wide brim for sun protection.
