Absolutely adorable vintage 1930s original Effanbee factory layette sunsuit (only) for your 20" Dy-Dee Lou / Dy-Dee Louise baby doll.
 
Many of the large trunk sets included extra layette items, like this beautiful pink cotton sunsuit. The little suit features finished trim in baby blue, with an embroidered duck wandering through flowers. All seams are finished. The set has never been laundered and is bright and crisp.
