Beautiful vintage Effanbee 14" Patsy doll dress set in crisp, pink organdy with embroidery and ruffles.
 
This unusual dress was made by Effanbee in the 1930s for a special Macy's issue Patsy set. One of several outfits from this collection in my dolly closet. This is the last of them.

Lovely dress is in near mint condition. A couple of pin holes, and oddly a small strand of thread was inadvertently sewn into the hem... one could remove it by opening up the hem seam if desired, but it is not readily apparent and I left it alone.
 
Beautiful embroidery and organdy ruffles. The hat is quite unusual in design... never seen one like that before.
