Vintage 1930s Effanbee Dy-Dee Lou / Louise Romper Set -- Original Effanbee factory layette outfit
 
Rarely found white eyelet romper is made from crisp and bright white cotton, with contrasting gathered white eyelet trim and four baby pink buttons.
 
This romper was issued in all Dy-Dee doll sizes, as well as for Patsy Babykin and Sweetie Pie. It never came with a bonnet, but I have added a nice Effanbee bonnet  to complete the outfit.
 
 
Special set includes: romper and bonnet. Made of polished cotton with gathered organdy trim and ties at the leg openings. A new pair of baby pink silky booties and a toy are included to make your purchase extra nice.
