Many of the large trunk sets included extra layette items -- this one is hand made from a pattern issued back then, to be crafted and tailored by loving hands for some little girl's Dy-Dee. Darling blue and white cotton sunsuit features finished trim in  blue, with an embroidered duck with her umbrella.
