Vintage 1930s Effanbee Patsy original factory layette dress sets. EARLY years or the pre-patent dolls.
 
There are 3 sets available. Identical design. One blue, one pink and one white dress. White dress was missing its original onesie unders. I have added a nice replacement (couple small holes at the back).
 
The blue and pink sets are in like new condition. Bright, crisp and vibrant. White one has wear but is TAGGED, as is the blue set.
 
Part of a huge Patsty Family Doll collection and their clothing and accessories I purchased a few years ago from a high end Patsy / Skippy collector... working my way through them as time permits.
