Vintage 1924 Effanbee 15" Bubbles Composition All Original Baby Doll in its RARE SMALL SIZE.
 
Sweet Baby Bubbles in the popular 15" size -- she is ALL ORIGINAL wearing her TAGGED Effanbee Bubbles dress set, and her very rare blue mohair knit sweater, bonnet and matching booties set.
 
Baby Bubbles is a RARE collectible size of 15" -- her chubby  composition curved baby legs enable her to sit comfortably and look so sweet~

Bubbles is vibrant and glows with high color and is in fabulous display-ready condition... how mint could you be when you are almost 100 years old? Bubble has NO perceived crazing to her face; color is even and smooth on her limbs and there is some slight paint wear at the back of her right arm. Otherwise, NO crazing; color is even and smooth on her limbs. Her face is near mint retaining her original facial features... including her brows which are oftentimes 'gone'.' Her blond painted hair has some light age rubs. Her fingers and hands have very minor wear.
 
She wears her original dress of white cotton lawn fabric with pink embroidered flowers sprinkled on the skirt; undershirt, replaced slip and vintage diaper underneath. The dress is TAGGED with the BUBBLES tag making no doubt as to its authenticity and her origins. Bubbles herself, is marked appropriately on the back of her chest plate calling out the year of her birth... 1924.
 
Included is her very rare blue mohair sweater, bonnet and even rarer... booties set. These sets are so hard to find and highly desired by collectors. This set is in magnificent condition with replaced silk ties to the bonnet. The sweater, cap and booties are each embellished with blue silk thread trim.
