Very rare pink mohair sweater with added vintage bonnet. These sweaters are so hard to find and highly desired by collectors for their composition dolls. They commonly came on Effanbee and Horsman dolls, among others.
 
This set is in fabulous condition. More often they are found with splits in the yarn, but I don't see any here. The mohair is vibrant and super soft and cozy. The shawl collar has the 'signature' silk embroidered flowers on the lapel. Beautiful pink silk defines the edges. A matching bonnet usually accompanies this sweater, but this knit wool bonnet was paired with it at some point instead; it is a decent complement to the sweater and itself is in excellent condition.
 
This pairing is modeled on my 25" Effanbee Bubbles to give you an idea of its size. It will fit your larger Miracle on 34th Street "Baby Beautiful" dolls, and larger Horsman and Effanbee composition dolls.
 
Sweater measures 7" across the shoulders and 11" from shoulder to bottom.
