Vintage 1930s Effanbee Dy-Dee Kin in Box
 
Beautiful face with softly painted plump curls encircling her head like a halo. Her face is flawless and she has lovely original blue eyes with all natural brush lashes present. Her original body is worn to say the least, but she doesn't mind as it is all she has ever had; all limbs articulate and she can be dressed with care.
 
She comes in her original box with the early brown and gold graphics on the inside lid. Box is in great condition.
 
Baby wears her VERY HARD TO FIND original layette pink organdy long gown, with matching bonnet and pink slip. Underneath she has a pure white birdseye weave diaper and vest. For nighttime and after bath there is a vibrant pair of soft pink drop seat pajamas... a rare pair only included in early, early sets. There is a flannel robe to wear over (will add pic later) as well.
 
This baby was part of Peggy Montei's collection, and the blue sweater set was much favored by her with matching soaker and booties... such a lovely shade of sky blue! She included a little teddy bear attached to the original crochet bib... she had such 'style' didn't she?!
