This is an original Vogue Baby Dear set of lightweight terry cloth pajamas in a whimsical pink print that was issued with an FAO Schwarz layette in the mid-1960s. I have included a photo of the pj's that are SO hard to find, especially given the photo, on page 268 of the Vogue doll book, is not of the best quality.
 
This is only the 2nd pair of these pajamas I have ever seen. They are fashioned exactly like her original baby pink ones of the same design (see my last photo)
 
These pajamas are super soft and comfortable.
