Vintage 1950s American Character 13.5" Tiny Tears Outfit -- Outfit ONLY. This is one of the very few factory outfits that was made for your Tiny Tears doll by American Character. Additionally, it came sometimes with the pj's top and bottom, and only occasionally with the bib. The bonnet NEVER came with the outfit, but rather was made as a prototype and never put on the market in the Tiny Tears sets. See my note at the bottom of this description.*
 
This is a super rare and COMPLETE set of white polished cotton pajamas with pink polka dot print. The pajama set includes: pajamas bottom with elastic waist (still taut and springy); short kimono style top; matching bib; and matching bonnet.
 
Modeled on my own 13.5" Tiny Tears, purchase is for the outfit only and the toy giraffe that squeaks!

*I have has several outfits over the last 30 years that came from a woman who worked at the American Character factory back East. This bonnet, and I have several, was one of the samples she sewed up for eventual marketing/inclusion in the Tiny Tears sets, but was never issued.
