She is the mid-sized Tiny Tears circa 1957 -- 1958, measuring approx. 13.5" -- this is the baby Tiny Tears with the hands-down vinyl body and BLUE eyes. She was made circa 1956. This baby is NOT to be missed if you want to own a piece of doll history ... Her coloring is exquisite.

This beautiful and HARD to FIND molded hair hair Tiny Tears doll baby has it all -- lovely PERFECT WITH NO RUBS molded hair is a rich reddish brown color.
 
Her BRIGHT BLUE sleep eyes work perfectly -- thick, full and complete lashes, crystal clear eyes. GORGEOUS high color face with high cheek color blush -- all original facial paint -- and, of course -- there are no touchups or restorations of any kind.
 
Her body is silky and shiny and she makes a lovely, loud SQUEAK when you squeeze her body. Her molded hair is PERFECT with NO RUBS to the back at all.

This is a GREAT SET -- complete and in 'MINT' condition but for the gingham panties were lost as some point and I have replaced them with another pair that is very slightly played with condition.
 The rest of Tiny's clothing -- dress, coat, bonnet and romper are clean and in MINT and CRISP condition.
 
The blue wool felt ORIGINAL TINY TEARS Coat and Bonnet Set was issued in a limited series of suitcase sets and is very highly desired by collectors.

This little baby has the PINKEST, SOFTEST matte finish body... JUST AS IT WAS WHEN SHE WAS ON THE TOY STORE SHELF over 70 years ago now. It still has that 'powder finish' to the vinyl... a characteristic only an unplayed with doll will exhibit.
