Beautiful vintage 1920s Effanbee 20" Lovums composition and cloth body baby doll with the bent baby legs -- big, fat chubby baby!
 
Near mint condition dressed in her original pink cotton slip and dress of white cotton organdy with the Effanbee 'Doll with a Heart' embroidered theme, and matching bonnet.  She wears same vintage pink silk booties. Lovum's slip is in mint condition with a a few tiny pinholes at the back. The dress has a couple tiny pinholes in the folds at the backside. Replaced pantaloons. Beautiful pink silk booties enhance her lovely outfit.

Includes her 1930s celluloid 'talking' dolly -- press her tummy and she makes a sound. Rare toy.
 
LOVUMS herself is in mint condition having been fully restored. All her composition is smooth and a lovely pink color, with no paint loss. Just an all-around perfectly beautiful example of this marvelous HAPPY BABY.
 
She has a high color face with all painted features intact. Her brown eyes open and close properly and she has her full compliment of brush lashes....
