Adorable and near MINT -- 1940's Georgene Averill LITTLE LULU friend TUBBY.
 
This HARD TO FIND fella' was Little Lulu's constant companion, sidekick and worthy troublemaker.
 
Comes dressed in his classic shirt, jacket, shorts and sailor hat. Although he's got some shelf patina to his hat, and fading to his jacket, all clothing is perfect otherwise.
 
TUBBY stands about 13" to 14" tall; he has a lovely painted mask face, brown yarn hair peeking out of the front of his cap,  rosy cheeks and jazzy red bow tie.
