Patsy Ruth stand about 26" tall and was styled in the Effanbee Patsy doll line as a Big Sister. Her original set corkscrew HONEY BLONDE Human Hair curls are complete with no thinning. Her porcelain-like facial coloring, with just enough rose to her cheeks to be healthy, and brown glassene eyes support a soft and pensive countenance ... she is quite the young lady, is she not?
 
Her body and limbs are even tone color, but for her right foot where you will see her sock left a light impression to the paint at the front... but, of course, that is not visible when her freshly laundered original socks, and her original 'leather' shoes are worn. There is wear to the right shoe at the toe box... can't imagine how she managed that! All stringing is firm and she is able to stand on her own and pose to delight you.
 
She comes wearing her original Effanbee Patsy Ruth dress with matching silk taffeta 'onesie', and matching pantaloons that button to the onesie. I have refreshed the elastic in the leg openings to ensure a perfect fit. She would have originally come with a bow in her hair, and I have added a vintage ribbon bow to complete her original outfit.
 
She comes with a beautiful bracelet... just the right touch for such a grown-up girl.
