Fabulous 1930s Effanbee 22" Patsy Lou all composition doll dressed in all original factory baby pink dress set.
 
Gorgeous doll has never been played with and Patsy Lou herself is in near mint condition. Only faint intermittent craze lines on her body separate her from being a mint doll.
 
She wears a soft petal pink silk dress with matching undergarment and bonnet; embroidered accents on the bodice and right front side of the flowing skirt, and again at the elastic of the left sleeve. The matching onesie is in perfect condition; the dress has a few holes on the upper side near her pocket; the bonnet has some separation at the backside where it is fragile. In spite of the condition, the dress set fabric has integrity and displays well. Patsy Lou's pink oilcloth shoes and socks are mint.

This all original doll has the rare painted fingers as shown, beautiful light blue eyes, and flawless face with lovely painted features. Her full and even brush lashes are all present, and her eyes open and close as they should without receding.
