Gorgeous 1930s all composition Effanbee Patsy Look-Alike doll. Unmarked contemporary of our familiar Patsy family dolls.
 
This darling girl is in excellent condition with smooth composition throughout and even coloring. She has an ethereal countenance that is quite striking. She has a few stray, very very light craze lines on her legs, and one at her hairline on one side. It's possible but hard to tell if she had a wig at one time, given the lack of color on her molded hair. Her painted facial features are perfect and lovely. She has blue eyes with all brush lashes intact and they open and close as they should.
 
This charmer comes dressed in her original dress, matching onesie, and hat.
