Happy and sweet describe this darling baby's countenance with her big open smile and sparkling blue eyes.
 
ALL ORIGINAL -- NOT REPAINTED -- VERY Rare to find this issue doll in such amazing condition.
 
This adorable Baby Hendren comes dressed in her original TAGGED factory outfit -- crisp, sheer cotton white organdy dress and bonnet, slip and bloomers, and original pom-pom oilcloth shoes and cotton socks. Cloth factory tag sewn in the inseam at the back of the neck.
 
Her clothing is in excellent condition with no stains.
 
Her facial character and the quality of her composition mirror the Effanbee Bubbles dolls that were so popular in the 1920s through the 1930s -- big smile, blond high-relief molded curls, molded tongue and two white shiny 'baby' teeth, and gorgeous BLUE tin litho sleep eyes with natural hair brush lashes; lashes on right eyes are slightly shortened near the inner eye. Her entire head is just about mint with barely any sign of her age of near 90 years now with little to NO CRAZING... just amazing condition.
 
Her high quality composiiton has beautiful even skintone... with only the lightest wear to the composition. There is a spot on the bottom of one foot where the compo is gone, but never shows with her sweet little shoes on. There is intermittent very light, scarely visible, craze lines. A very special baby doll to cuddle and call your own.
