STUNNING is the word I use to describe this REMARKABLE Patsy Ann doll. She is DEAD MINT with gorgeous blue tin litho eyes, perfect painted facial features and body paint, and all original clothing -- cotton onesie, dress, red silk hair ribbon, cotton socks, and oilcloth shoes.
 
This little lady just about shocks you with her classic good looks -- high color and endearing expression.
 
Her original box is in fair to good condition... just enough to tell her story and attest to her care... carefully stored away for decades, preserving her beauty all these years. She comes with great provenance which I will include for you in her box.
