This FABULOUS and rare doll is in excellent condition with NO RESTORATION. She has been cleaned 'top to bottom' and is ready to enjoy perhaps the next 100 years of 'life' -- beautiful display!
 
LOVUMS is dressed in a vintage lightweight, soft organdy dress with a smocked embroidered collar in baby nursery colors. Underneath is a full slip that buttons at one shoulder. She is wearing the 1920s vintage 'baumwool' undershirt she came to me with and fits her perfectly. I added her baby pink, soft crochet silk booties, and a GORGEOUS silk kimono jacket that compliments the rest of her beautiful outfit.
 
Lovums is a TOUSLE TOT (tousle head -- caracul lambskin wig) with composition head and limbs that move freely and securely to raise and lower her arms.  There is no crazing to the legs and some light stray craze lines on her arms that are hard to see without close inspection. The cloth body is clean and still very nice after all these decades past.
 
Her face is VIBRANT with beautiful BLUE-GREEN EYES that sparkle with good cheer and, of course, LOVE as she gazes up at you, and raises her arms to be picked up and hugged. She retains all of her original painted features, including her delicate multi-stroke brows and painted lashes. Her glassene eyes are clear and lovely; she has a full complement of thick, even brush lashes; her eyes open and close perfectly.
 
INCLUDED is her sweet celluloid rattle.
