Darling little doll in her case has the softest, most beautiful reddish caracul wig I have ever seen on one of the small dolls. It is long and thick and full... looks like she just tumbled out of bed after a summer's nap -- tousled hair and fever cheeks.

Baby's outfits are in excellent to minty condition. The blue coat set is particularly fine with no fading and an extra crisp and vibrant color to the fabric.
Dy-Dee Ellen's accessories are complete but for the elusive nursing bottle cap. and Q-tips The rubber tip of the bottle nipple is abbreviated; the rubber tip to the straw and pipe are no longer soft, but intact. The faux spoon is the second issue of this kind, so made of nice 'pot metal' instead of the later aluminum ones issued.... very nice.
Baby herself has a MINT CONDITION head with no rubs or flaws and HIGH COLOR -- all original with no touchups or restoration of any kind. Her rubber body is immaculately clean with little to no wear -- still soft and pliable. There is some light wear to her right hand, but not particularly noticeable or worrisome.
Her suitcase is in excellent played with condition. Still has the cardboard inserts in lid and bottom of the case, with original ribbon ties.
