Very EARLY vintage 1930s Effanbee Dy-Dee LOU EIDERDOWN Coat Set --  Rare earliest vintage 'caplet' style
 
Original Effanbee factory coat and bonnet set in excellent condition. Minimal 'pilling'... pink and soft and warm.
 
My favorite eiderdown coat set for Dy-Dee Lou as it is so rare, unique and the earliest part of her history. In the very beginning of Dy-Dee's production the clothing styles were just coming out of the early 1930s. Some of the coats had caplet collars. Some of their slips had attached bloomers; and many dresses that were unique to the early sets have drawn collectors to seek them out as 'prizes'. Here is one of them... 
 
Gorgeous pink eiderdown with pink trim and pink ruched silk add style to the coat and bonnet. Garment is vibrant and unfaded with NO Flaws. Minty condition.
