Beautiful vintage baby all dressed up in her Spring Easter finery.
 
Lovely high color Tiny Tears with soft auburn red saran curls from 1956 - 1958. She has lovely blue sleepy eyes that open and close perfectly with full, even and thick lashes. All painted facial features are prominent and intact -- gorgeous high color is all original but for a little 'smudge' at the very tip of her nose. Her curls are still in their original set, but you may enjoy 'fluffing them up' a bit to your own enjoyment and taste.
 
Baby's hands-down rubber body is light and even-toned; however, at one time she was sealed just under her chin where the rubber must have separated slightly; it is sealed now, but take care with handling her to ensure all remains stable and well. The inside of her left thigh shows the beginning of separation as well. Her fingers and toes are all strong and completely intact. All this leads me to the 'best choice of outfit' for this little one...
 
She comes wearing her pink organdy dotted Swiss dress with matching bonnet... and I say 'best choice' because the dress and silk taffeta full slip are both open all the way down the back (closes with 2 teeny-tiny silver handsewn snaps); this makes it easy to dress / undress Baby without stressing her body. There is a matching bonnet and I have included her original Tiny Tears birdseye weave diaper, and a pair of NEW, OLD-STORE-STOCK vintage 1950s cotton socks.
 
Her dress set was made by a very caring and talented seamstress more than 20 years ago. It has never been on a doll until today -- PRISTINE, crisp and gorgeous.
 
I also added an EASTER BONUS outfit -- a vintage 'chicks and bunnies' cotton day robe -- also, NEW OLD-STORE-STOCK and a vintage rattle.
