Original bonnet in minty condition with all original ribbon ties and bow. Modeled on my Effanbee Dy-Dee doll for size (caracul wigged 20" Dy-Dee)
 
Not sure 'who' it absolutely belongs to... seems like it works best on the saran hair version of the 'Action Doll' or the bigger 24" Toodles baby doll.
