Gorgeous and near mint vintage 1940s Mold 2 Effanbee 11" Dy-Dee Ellen in her display box -- all factory original wardrobe and accessories.
 
This darling angel baby comes with all her factory original clothing and accessories. She is in mint condition but for the slightest wear to the paint on the back of her molded head. She has high color detailed painted facial features; her brown open-close sleepy eyes with full, even brush lashes work perfectly. She has the classic Mold 2 Dy-Dee "new" rubber inset ears that are still soft and pliable with absolutely no crazing or cracking. Her soft rubber body is even toned and her limbs move as they should to pose nicely for you.
 
She comes with her white organdy embroidered dress, slip, and bonnet; Dr. Denton dropseat style print flannel pajamas; single-button undershirt, birds eye weave diaper, rayon socks, and white oilcloth shoes. Everything in mint condition, but the pajamas, slip and bonnet have pindot size marks from where they were attached to the cardboard.
 
Original accessories include her Dy-Dee glass nursing bottle with complete and intact rubber nipple; mint pink celluloid pacifier; Cashmere Bouquet Dy-Dee small cake of soap; faux 'silver' feeding spoon; and a bib.
