This very rare and exceptional dress is from an FAO Schwarz layette for your big Dy-Dee baby doll. It is made of soft dimity fabric in a darling roses print, with special RED HEARTS embroidered organdy trim... perfect for the marketing campaign slogan... "Effanbee Dolls that Steal Your Heart"
 
This rare dress is in excellent condition with no damage or issues. Just a perfect addition to baby's layette wardrobe.
 
The set includes: dress, slip, bonnet, socks, and a new old-store-stock yellow "Skipper" duck rattle (new in retail box), and a 1950s Shackman sleepy baby doll to snuggle up with.
 
I have only seen one other of these dresses in 25+ years of collecting Dy-Dee, and it was in the smaller Dy-Dee Jane 15" size. What a great find!
