Vintage 1930s Effanbee Dy-Dee Ette Romper Set
 
Mommy-made from the 1930s McCalls pattern expressly for Dy-Dee dolls. This set is so well made I didn't realize it was not factory issue... I would not have known had I not run across the pattern. Several items in the layette this set came from were made this meticulously by someone's Mom or Grandma or Auntie for a very lucky little girl.
 
Special set includes romper and matching wide-brimmed bonnet. Made of crisp polished cotton with gathered organdy trim and ties. Buckrum lining keeps the bonnets shape to keep the sun away from baby's delicate face.
 
Perfect for the upcoming hot Summer days at the beach or in the sandbox.
