What a stunning little lady Patsy Ann presents in her rare original Effanbee dress and bloomers. Fresh, crisp and mint condition cotton gingham and organdy trim outfit, pairs with a stunning white rabbit fur coat, hat and muff. The fur coat has a lovely rich satin lining, and closes with a hook set. The white fur is in MINT condition, immaculately clean and gorgeous. There are a couple of small separations at the seams, but the integrity of the leather and fur is still supple and there is essentially no shedding to the fur. Her original oilcloth shoes are in excellent condition and she wears her original socks. She looks like a fashion model as she poses to show you what a lucky and special girl she is.
 
Patsy Ann has dark chocolate molded hair, and a lovely high color face. Her blue eyes have a full complement of brush lashes, with some of them abbreviated in the middle of her left one. There is a small 'smudge' of color rubbed from her top lip. She has no crazing to her legs and head; some crazing to her arms that has been sealed. NOTE her painted fingernaeils and the red 'crease' lines... only seen in RARE Patsy family dolls.
