Beautiful vintage 1930s Effanbee Patsy Ann composition doll.
 
Dressed in RARE yellow silk dress set and classic Patsy family green wool felt applique coat.
 
Another stunning Patsy Ann presents in her rare original Effanbee soft sunshine yellow silk dress and onesie set, and original yellow headband. Her ensemblee is topped off with her rarely found wool felt coat that is 'to die for'... many 'flower' appliques, scalloped edges and unique styling make this coat a winner in any fashion circle. I see no flea bites to the wool and no fading; all appliques appear to be intact. As a side note, a matching hat typically would be part of the outfit, but unfortunately was not included when I purchased all years ago.
 
Patsy Ann wears a special yellow silk baby style dress with smocking and a pink silk bow at the bodice. There is the matching silk onesie underwear; both dress and unders have tiny holes, but amazingly the fabric is still strong and crisp. Very fine tailoring as you would expect from Effanbee fashions. Her original cream oilcloth shoes are in excellent condition and she wears her original yellow stripe cotton socks.
 
Nearly MINT DOLL. Patsy Ann has reddish brown molded hair, and a lovely high color face. Her blue glassene eyes have their full complement of brush lashes, that thick and even. A few of her fingertips had light rubs and have been touched up to match; and her right 'pointy' finger appears to have been reattached... so nicely and securely you would have difficulty noticing.
 
She has NO CRAZING at all to mention anywhere.
 
The Patsy family dolls I am listing this week came from an immense collection I purchased a few years ago... all from a high end and specialized collector.
