SUPER RARE Blue "Pigtails" celluloid hanger -- I have quite a few of these darling hangers in slight variations, but this is the only one I have ever seen in solid baby blue.
The dress and bonnet set is in MINT CRISP and unfaded condition. ORIGINAL slip lays underneath. Matching pink cotton baby socks compliment the ensemble.
