Vintage baby pink sheer gossamer cotton bonnet to fit your larger composition antique or vintage doll.
 
Modeled on my 25" Ideal Baby Beautiful doll, it has a most lovely and unusual design of double ruffling around the face and a third layer of pointed 'star like' ruffling around the crown. A pretty blue organdy flower applique on one side adds extra appeal. The innermost ruffle is of the palest baby blue, adding contrast and versatility. New blue silk ribbon ties attached to the sides.
 
This bonnet is unusually deep from front to back, with elastic at the back to form an extra 'poufy' design... and affords the ability to use it on dolls that have mohair or human hair wigs, as well as molded hair dolls. It measures about 6" back to front ruffle; and, approximately 7" high around the face when laid flat.
 
A little 'trick' to make your Dolly's bonnet fit just as you like if too large... add fiberfill stuffing inside the back before tying the ribbons to make a 'PERFECT CUSTOMIZED FIT."
I believe, based on the way this fits on my model, it will be a great fit for your 27" Baby Beautiful and larger composition dolls.
