MINT and PRISTINE -- RARE BRUNETTE saran curls ~
 
Stunning Tiny Tears issued 1957 / 1958, she is all vinyl with gorgeous chocolate brown saran curls in their original set. Her high-color facial features are flawless. Beautiful blue rock-a-bye eyes with full, thick and even brush lashes that open and close as they should... slowly rock baby side-to-side and her eyes 'magically' close slowly as she drifts off to dreamland; sit, stand or hold her upright and she awakens to greet you with a smile!
 
Baby Tiny Tears is in unplayed with condition with her 2 outfits in mint condition. Her updated pink and white dress set is 'mint on card. As an aside note, in my 30+ years of research I have never before seen the 'fleur-de-lis' pink cardboard insert for the rock-a-bye issue doll; it has always been the 'new' updated blue and white graphics that was issued specifically for the rock-a-bye promotion. So, one can say this is a 'transition' and earliest production issue set... just an interesting historical note :-)
 
The brunette dolls are hard to find... if you were born and raised in the 1950s you know that blue-eyed blondes were favored over brunettes (my sister who was blond, and me as a brunette can attest to this!).
