Vintage 1940's Effanbee Dy-Dee "Hospital" Bracelet straight from Dy-Dee's layette trunk.
 
Darling ORIGINAL FACTORY Effanbee bracelet was issued in LATER Dy-Dee doll sets. This one was included with some Mold 2 and Mold 3 dolls... so late 1940's up to early 1950's to be more precise.
 
The beads are plastic/celluloid and baby's name is clearly spelled out with black lettering on a bright white background. The bracelet's beads are strung with thin-gauge wire.
 
Will fit your 11" to 15" Dy-Dee-Ette, Dy-Dee Ellen, Dy-Dee Kin and Dy-Dee Jane dolls.
