This is a GORGEOUS Baby! These dolls were made by Ideal Toy Co and marketed under the name "Baby Beautiful". They came in a wide range of sizes as well as with blue eyes, or brown eyes; as they were marketed by some large retailers like Montgomery Ward and Sears, some of the dolls were marked Ideal and some were not, as this one is not.
 
Baby Beautiful is GORGEOUS in her equally gorgeous ORIGINAL pink cotton organdy dress, bonnet, slip and replaced bloomers. Added crochet booties.. Includes her ORIGINAL salmon pink linen coat and bonnet -- the set is in MINT condition.
 
Baby herself is in what I would call nearly MINT CONDITION -- she is has been fully restored and her composition is perfect in every way; her cloth stuffed body shows her age but is fully intact and strong.  Lovely brown eyes open and close perfectly. Inside her tummy is her WORKING CRIER. Lovely, sparkling brown eyes with fulll and even brush lashes open and close perfectly.
 
These dolls are very hard to find in this condition in any size...
