GORGEOUS and simply AMAZING 1930's RARE Patsy Family doll -- PATRICIA doll by Effanbee -- standing 14" tall, she is all composition with her TWO original factory dresses, onesie rompers; RED wool felt coat and bonnet; rayon socks, and cream T-Strap oilcloth shoes. ALL ORIGINAL

Marked 'Effanbee Patricia' on her back and as is correct for this doll there are no markings on her neck, This is the HARD TO FIND Patricia (BIG sister to Patsy) with a pre-teen body... still has the sweet younger look of Patsy with a more grown-up body for shapelier clothing. 
She comes with her two original dress sets in excellent crisp condition with some age wear to the elastic which I have replaced. The outfits are immaculately clean, there are no stains or marks on the clothing. 
The red felt coat set is 'to die for'... reminiscent of the Effanbee 'American Children' outfit designs. 
The composition is in MINT condition with NO CRAZING, -- and just about NO wear to the paint. Patricia's 5-part body is all composition; strung securely to pose nicely. Even her fingers and toes have no paint wear. All to note is a factory mold anomaly at one nostril that is barely visible when in hand, as my photos exaggerate its presence to ensure accuracy; small paint loss under the left eye has been fixed as you can see in photos where Patricia is wearing her green dress... didn't see the loss until part way through the photo process. NO HOLES, tears or mends in her clothing. Absolutely wonderful! 
The GREEN print outfit has the EARLY GOLDEN CLOTH TAG at the back bodice seam. 
Patsy's face is vibrant, retaining all painted facial features, with a healthy glow of blush remaining on her cheeks. Beautiful GREEN glassene sleep eyes have ALL their natural human hair lashes, and the pupils are clear and bright. GORGEOUS and vibrant LIGHT BROWN HUMAN HAIR curls frame her face; there are no bald spots and in its ORIGINAL SET... just lovely. Vivid blush still adorns her knees, back of elbows and tops of her hands. NO TOUCH UPS or RESTORATIONS to Patricia's body -- ALL ORIGINAL doll. 
Patricia's original outfits are true Effanbee classic designs, well representing the patterns that were so popular when these compo dolls were a boom in the American doll market. 
Truly a beautiful PATRICIA doll to charm any collector!
