Vintage 1930s Composition KEWPIE Doll in PINK Dress.
 
Darling 13" all composition Cameo Kewpie Doll by Rosie O'Neill. She comes redressed in a later Cameo outfit that came on the 1973 Maxine all vinyl Scootles doll... a little roomy on this little girl, but oh so charming none-the-less. She only came to me with her original shoes and socks as you see here.
 
Kewpie has overall excellent composition for this era doll. There are minor chips/pops to the compo here and there, mostly on her right arm. They could be easily be touched up if you preferred. Her composition coloring is beautiful and glowing. She has NO CRAZING.
 
It would be very difficult to find one in such amazing condition.
 
She has her ORIGINAL black elastic band stringing; it is slightly loose, but I preferred to keep her intact as it is rare to find one this way. She still holds a pose.
