Original Effanbee factory dress set -- dress and onesie -- for your 19" Patsy Ann composition doll. Vintage 1930s. Original oilcloth Patsy Ann shoes included.
 
Classic plaid dress in nice overall condition. Sleeves still have some 'puff' to them; I restored the elastic leg openings to the onesie. There is a light spot at the upper left back of the dress, and one other small one on a sleeve... both may wash out with laundering, but I didn't try. The blue buttons on the bodice have fabric covering only partially now. The shoes are in great shape with side snaps intact and strong. I think they look much better 'in hand' than my photos show.
