Vintage Patsy Babykin type 13" all composition baby doll.
 
Adorable blonde little baby to set your heart strings moving. She is seeking her new Mommy.
 
I have had this little Punkin' on my doll workshop shelf for more than 15 years as she patiently waited her turn for me to clean her up and freshen her lovely dress, slip and bonnet. Today is the day!
 
She is so sweet with clear blue eyes, all lashes thick and full, opening and closing perfectly. All painted features are intact, with a 'smidgeon' of paint loss on her lower lip and a few of the painted lashes rubbed off her right eye. She has an open mouth, but I daresay no baby bottle has passed those lips so it was made just for show. NO CRAZING to her face, and lovely coloring to face and hair.
 
Her composition body has light intermittent crazing, and my photos should be a good indication of that condition. Her 'boo-boo' is at the very crown of her head where there is a separation in the compo... isn't it nice that her pretty hat hides that sorry detail :-)
 
She is UNMARKED so she is truly a mystery woman at such a young age, tsk, tsk.
 
She wears her original organdy dress, with matchibg bonnet and cotton onesie style slip/panty. All in great condition ... just a light stain on her dress where her little bottom rests on one side while sitting... well, babies DO things like that, don't they?
 
Such a sweetie and small enough to add to anyone's doll cabinet I'd think.
