Vintage 1930s Factory Original Effanbee 15" Dy-Dee Jane Eiderdown Snowsuit -- Pink with real RABBIT FUR trim
 
From the estate of renowned Dy-Dee collector Peggy Montei. Pictured on page 65 of the Effanbee doll reference book by Barbara Hilliker that features Peggy's doll collection.
 
This darling attached peaked cap style eiderdown snowsuit comes from a Mold 1  Dy-Dee special layette. I have several of the eiderdown Dy-Dee snowsuits with maribou trim on the hats, but this is the only one documented with rabbit fur.
 
Factory made, and issued as a spcial original Dy-Dee layette outift. My Baby models it for you and as you can see it is stunning. Thick, warm and Baby Pink with dark pink bound seams at the wrists and ankles.
 
The suit is PRISTINE~ ready to wear and keep the cold off your sweet baby and protect her delicate 'skin'
 
Added mittens and booties.
