All of baby's clothes are in MINT condition with no holes or tears or mends. Baby's beautiful dress and bonnet are newly made from vintage, new old-store-stock pure white cotton batiste with exquisite detail and crafts(wo)manship that is unique in this more modern society. Baby's dark apple green coat is another magnificent presentation of artistry -- fully lined and professionally made just for Dy-Dee, it is made of the softest, lightest weight and finest wool. Made in the 1930s style with a capelet style collar. Everything is immaculately clean and pressed and ready to display.
 
Baby herself has a MINT restored head -- gorgeous blond molded curls, rosy cheeks, vividly painted features, and beautiful open and close BLUE sleepy eyes; the brush lashes are full and even. The eyes do not recede at all and are aligned perfectly... Her 'skin' is smooth and flawless.
 
This little one's body is intact and the joints allow her to be posed easily. All fingers and toes are intact and joints are firm for posing -- MINT CONDITION RUBBER BODY with no crazing or dryness anywhere... no worries for dressing and playing with this darling girl.
 
The 20" Dy-Dee LOU baby doll is the MOST HIGHLY DESIRED of all the Effanbee Dy-Dee dolls -- this is a great opportunity to add one to your collection... but FYI, the blond dolls were only made in the 15" Dy-Dee size, in the Mold 1 issue. I took a liberty and had this lovely restored as a blonde, and she is the 'best of the best' of the short handful I had done over the years... THIS IS THE LAST ONE.
